Bathroom Installations
We take a bathroom from first idea to finished room. Jamie helps plan the layout so it works for the space you have, then handles the installation with a dedicated tiler, plasterer, electrician and decorator brought in for each stage. Wet-Room Installations
A wet room has to be got right beneath the surface as much as on top of it. We design the layout, tank and waterproof the space properly, set the falls and drainage, and finish it with specialist tiling and glazing — a level, walk-in room that stays dry where it should. Emergency Call-Out Services
Some jobs can't wait for a diary slot. We're open 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, for genuine emergencies — burst and leaking pipes, flooding, failed showers, and electrical and building issues — at a clear flat rate agreed upfront rather than an open-ended clock. Closed Sundays.
Cylinder Installations
A new hot water cylinder supplied and fitted, sized to the household's demand and installed cleanly with the pipework and controls it needs. Old units are removed and taken away, and the work is covered by our 12-month guarantee.
Megaflo & Unvented Systems
An unvented cylinder like a Megaflo gives you strong, mains-pressure hot water to every outlet, with no loft tank. We supply and install unvented systems properly, with the safety controls they require, so showers and taps run at pressure across the whole house.
Water Tank Repair & Replacement
A failing cold water tank — split, corroded or leaking — is repaired where a repair will last, or fully replaced where it won't. We fit the new tank, connect it cleanly, and take the old one away, so the storage side of your system is reliable again.
Underfloor Heating Systems
Wet underfloor heating supplied and installed to give even, radiant warmth across a room and free up the walls. Ideal alongside a new bathroom, wet room or kitchen floor, laid and connected as part of the wider job so the whole thing is planned together.
Radiator Installation & Replacement
New radiators fitted and old or leaking units removed and taken away for disposal, so you're left with even heat and a tidy finish. Whether it's a single swap or radiators across a refurbishment, valves and balancing are sorted so every room heats as it should.
Sink & Tap Installation
New sinks, taps and basin mixers supplied and fitted throughout the home — kitchen and bathroom, single fixtures or a full set. Supply and waste connected properly, sealed cleanly, and left working the way it should, as reviewers describe: a job done to a high spec.
Shower Pump Replacement
When a shower loses pressure or the pump starts to whine or cut out, we diagnose the fault and replace the pump quickly, restoring proper flow. One customer had 'a broken shower pump replaced — sorted the issue quickly, for a fair price, and with great communication.'
Water Filter Installation

A ground-floor shower room installed from scratch — enclosure or wet-room shower, WC and basin, tiling and finishing — planned around the space and the drainage available. A genuinely useful extra washroom, fitted to last.
Freestanding Bath Installations
A freestanding or roll-top bath makes a room, but only if the floor, supply and waste are right beneath it. We supply and fit the bath, set it level and secure, and run the concealed pipework and floor-mounted taps neatly — a centrepiece that's as sound as it looks.
